How will my bankruptcy attorney work with me during the bankruptcy?

At Circle Law your attorney will give you the options you need to determine if a bankruptcy is right for you. After reviewing your financial situation, your attorney will advise you on your options whether your best option is a bankruptcy, a mortgage loan modification, a payoff plan, or another solution or combination of solutions.

Circle Law understands where your situation; this is a difficult time for you. Your attorney will help you deal with your bankruptcy and get your life back on track.

Your Circle Law attorney will explain the bankruptcy law and procedure in terminology you can understand. He will not end your interview until you understand the process and consequences of your bankruptcy.

Your attorney will help you obtain the documentation necessary to file for bankruptcy. He will also assist you with taking the required credit counseling / pre-filing course.

Communication will continue throughout your bankruptcy.

In both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, your attorney will walk you through preparing your petition and/or plan, the filing of your pleadings, and your meeting of creditors.

In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, your Circle Law attorney will keep you abreast of activities in your case from the meeting of creditors through to your bankruptcy discharge. He will also hound you to complete the required financial management / post-filing course.

In a Chapter 13 case, your attorney will help you through your payment plan. Your attorney will remain at your side throughout the three to five year payment period. Any time your circumstances change, make sure you call your Circle Law attorney.
